Looks like Niels perfected the formula!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! After having Boston on lock down yesterday and black helicopters flying all over the place, people were in a mood to get the hell out of the house! We did some shopping, hit a decent restaurant, and then did some more shopping. Perhaps a bit of antiquing or at least a trip to a used book store is on tap tomorrow. If its nice out, we might head to my grandma's and take out her gas grill and get it ready for Memorial Day weekend. I have that week off from work and hope to find another car then. Something about mundane tasks makes me comfortable. I was never particularly normal when I was younger, so maybe it makes me feel more mature?!?

This caption is another in a long string of "the picture wrote the story" captions, and making it for Martha (who I believe was a math major at the time and possibly going through the thesis part at the time) was a given. I am not sure if it was a dummy equation behind the model, but if it wasn't, I'm sure that Martha could tell us what it was about. Not really sure I like the purple text shadows. If I was making this caption now, I'd probably have gone with a darker pink to make the text stand out more and not bleed into the background quite so much. Oh well, live and learn!

We got a little extra bit of math in Martha's reply to this caption:

Once again proving that everything in life is a math equation! I mean, isn't the Golden Rule based on a Fibonacci sequence? Actually I think its the Golden Ratio, but it would be better if the rule was, "do unto others as they would change you into a woman" or something like that!

Soup is good food!
