Guys can be so much cheaper than women ... but let's run the percentages a bit, ok?
I made this back in May 2015 for Jay Seaver, and I think it's safe to say that everyone that ran low on Toilet Paper over the last month or two now has enough to keep their butts happy! Here is a piece of what I wrote back then on the blog. So if you haven't seen this back in 2015, IT'S NEW TO YOU!
It's pretty much a given that women will use more toilet paper, but when my GF first moved in, I had NO idea how much more. I honestly went through maybe 1 package (4 rolls) of TP every month when I was single, maybe even less. That became every 10 days or so, and became even worse when I gained custody of my daughter when she was 7. I'd hate to think we'd be wiped out of house and home! Add all the other toiletries and half your pay is going to bathroom things!
Anyway, I love when real life helps inspire a TG caption, which happens way more than I like to admit, but you really have to pay attention sometimes.
Now that I've been living alone for just over 2 months now, it's even more amazing. I think I've used maybe 5 rolls in the last 2 months! I've given some away as we had stocked up before the demand became incredibly huge. I might have enough TP to last the rest of the year!
Sorry I haven't been around but the pain has been excruciating and it's been hard to even find a position to sit or lay down in that doesn't hurt, and I'm averaging 3 hours of sleep each "night" so I have not been able to make anything other than the "Redhead" caption which was a labor of love. Within the next week I will be seen by a specialist to make sure I don't need surgery, and I am lined up for some physical therapy as well. This has been the worst thing to deal with in a long line of things I've been dealing with since March started. I hope you will still visit, and comment when you can as I post things, as it makes me feel somewhat connected to you all at this fucked up time.
I love you all, and hope that sometime soon I'll be whipping up some new captions for all to enjoy!
This is what I watched on Friday night. Dropkick Murphys LIVE at Fenway Park. You should check it out if you have some time, even if you don't watch the whole thing. And all the proceeds go to a couple great charities that are dealing with Covid-19 in Boston, which was hit really hard.
